I try to always take biotin. This supplement has that AND extra. I like to switch from a regular capsule or a tablet to a gummy or chewable type sometimes because regular gets old. This one is good flavor and consistency. I didn't get any aftertaste or side effects. Happy with it.
I don't have much experience with biotin supplements but I am looking forward to seeing a difference in my skin and nails and especially hair. I have some alopecia that causes thinning and balding of my beard hair, and I am trying everything I can to thicken it up. I greatly appreciate these being in gummy form because pills are a hassle. Also, they taste pretty good!
I have purchase this because I wanted to get as much as benefits my hair, skin and body need.When i saw this gummies product and the reviews is really awesome i jump on the wagon to try them out.I really loved the flavored and the gummies are easy to chew and swallow.Great size bottle for this price.There is a different my hair and nails are really growing nice ( i barely see growth) due to breakages.
These gummies have a very high biotin content in the two gummies serving size which is why I take one a day and that still provides me over 8000% of the recommended daily allowance. They are different colors but they all taste alike, which is more coconut when chewing but then strawberry flavor is there after swallowing. Better late than never, especially since it's a good aftertaste.The outside texture is dry with no finger stickiness which is better than most gooey gummies out there and it makes them easy to pour out. When chewing they have a slight sugar crystal crunch so I figured they'd have high calories but surprisingly they are actually are lower sugar and calories than my hasty assumption.The texture also keeps these from leaving any pieces wedged in between my teeth and that's another reason I recommend these gummies for biotin nutrition. 4 stars from me. I find it hard to swallow pills and vitamins, so I always prefer a gummy vitamin. These vitamins have a great taste, I like that there are two flavors in the bottle, it adds a bit of variety in the mornings. I have only been taking for two weeks and haven't noticed any weird reactions, my skin is more hydrated now more than last winter when I wanst taking any supplements.
