I love munching on gummie supplements. It helps curb my desire to snack. I really like the consistency and flavor of these apple cider vinegar gummies.I do wish however that the ginger was more intense. I really can barely taste it and I was hoping it would have that ginger �zing� that I love. This also has chili pepper in it, but I don�t taste any hotness. It would have been nice if it did have a little chili pepper �zing� too.With that being said I think this is a good gummy. I like that they are not sugar coated and that they don�t stick together like some other gummy supplements I�ve tried.I would say these are medium-sweet. Not too sweet and definitely not tangy. I like that these are made with Citrus Pectin so they are vegan. They also have black carrot extract and turmeric which is really nice.The price is very reasonable for the quality of the product. There are 45 servings per container (2 gummies per dose), but it�s easy to munch on more than 2 in a day. That is totally safe to take more than 2 in a day. I usually treat myself to 2 in the late morning and another 2 in the early afternoon.
